Sustainable Table

I think most people who know me know that I founded a nonprofit program called Sustainable Table – we try to educate consumers about sustainable food and issues with our food supply.

In the past year, especially, sustainable food has become popular and even a bit trendy, as people are really starting to question where their food comes from. (Yeah!….)
