Michael Singer – One of the best, if not the best, western spiritual teachers I’ve found. I highly recommend his book The Untethered Soul as well as his easy-to-understand videos on YouTube or audio talks on his Temple of Understanding website.

Pema Chodron – For any aspiring Buddhists out there, Pema Chodron is an excellent teacher to jump in with. She is one of the few westerners who understands both Tibetan Buddhism and the western mind.
